Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel is conveniently located near Glen Nevis, making it ideal for hikers. The room I stayed in was small but tidy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the windows were old-fashioned and difficult to close, which detracted from the overall comfort. The dining experience was lovely, with excellent meals, but there were some service hiccups that left me feeling a bit overlooked.
While the hotel has some potential, my stay was marred by various issues. The overall condition of the communal areas left much to be desired, and the facilities could use a thorough update. However, the location is appealing for those wanting to explore nature, and some aspects of the stay, like the comfortable rooms, were quite pleasant.
I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. The friendly restaurant manager made my dining experience memorable, but the rooms were quite outdated and disappointing. The pool area was nice, but the food left a lot to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent choice for budget travelers, but there are significant areas needing improvement.
I enjoyed my stay, especially the friendly staff and the pool facilities were a highlight after hiking. The hotel offers good value for money with its amenities, but the food quality left a bit to be desired, and my room had cleanliness issues that detracted from the experience.
I had a pleasant stay with an impressive spa, perfect for relaxation, and lovely views of Ben Nevis while swimming. However, the hotel could benefit from a refurb, particularly with room soundproofing and maintenance of the jacuzzi and sauna. Overall, a decent experience, but there are aspects that need improvement.
